On my days off, you can usually find me with my camera exploring Forest Park or the Columbia River Gorge. Rarely will I pass up an opportunity to try a new restaurant or coffee shop, but I also spend a lot of time having dinner at home with family. Powell’s Books and Cinema 21 are other favorite spots of mine.
I am actually a rare Portland native! I was born in a house close to NW 23rd Ave and the Industrial District; my dad used to work at Music Millennium, which is now the restaurant, Fireside. I used to spend way too much time at Wacky Willy’s and Wham, both of which are long gone now. Portland is a wonderful place in so many ways: the water, walkability of the city, the greenery, and my family are all things that keep me here.

I am passionate about helping people, whether that take the shape of simply making their day better or supporting them on a deeper, personal level. Having the freedom to be creative in my job is also important to me.
Though I’ve only worked here a short time, it is already clear that Mortgage Trust is a tight community that works hard and likes to have fun, too! To me, those qualities are what make a company successful and a great place to work.
